Return and Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Alternatively , we can also arrange a return pick up from your home or office at a nominal delivery charge but that charge will be borne by you.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Policy


In the event of a return of any order,

Refund of full amount will be issued in the form of a store credit or gift card within 7 days of delivery of the returned items.


Refund will be issued to the original payment method or your given bank account within 7 days of delivery of the returned items, and in this case we will be deducting around Rs.100 for our shipping charges.

In case of non-delivery of a pre-paid order, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount to compensate for return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item and support it with a video of product received so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
